This year I will be tackling a few things: quiting smoking first, Food detox(so I can learn to eat healthier) and adding more exercise into my life. I started the exercising before Thanksgiving and so far it has been a good thing. We go 4 times a week for 45min. It includes cardio/strength training each week. Hopefully all these things will allow me to become healthy and lose some of the weight I would like to lose.
